This place is in the lanes of Kinari Bazar, Chandni Chowk, and it’s truly a hidden gem. They make the most delicious Kesar Wali Gujiyas but it’s only available during Holi season. So if you wish to try this, you need to hurry or else wait for the next year.
The best part is they have the softest deep-fried khoya gujiya dipped in sugar syrup that melts in the mouth immediately. They make a fresh stock of Gujiya every day and not even once you take home from the stale lot.

2. Kaleva –

Its one of the most iconic places when it comes to Indian desserts. They have more than 15 varieties of Gujiyas to offer. Not only the common ones but you’ll also find flavors like Rose, Mango, Strawberry, Chocolate, Pista, Good Old Kesar and Roasted Gujiya which is light on the surface with good khoya inside and is super flaky.

3. China Ram Sindhi Confectioners –

China Ram needs no introduction since this is one of the oldest sweets shops in Delhi and they attract almost everyone for the taste and quality they have.
They have the authentic flavors of Gujiya and the stuffing is prepared with mawa and lots of dry fruits. It is then deep fried in Pure Ghee and coated with sugar syrup with some Pistachios sprinkled on the top of it.

4. Mommy’s Made –

Let’s not forget the delicious experiments that we Indians keep doing with our food. Mommy’s Made makes a variety of these Gujias like, Chocolate Gujiya, Pan Gujiya, Gulkand Gujiya, Mava Gujiya, and Baked Gujiya.
These gujiyas have the regular crust but have a different filling with no added colors or preservatives in them. These are only available on a pre-order basis.

5. Haldiram’s –

Haldiram’s always have something different when it comes to traditional desserts. They have Kesar Gujiya, Maida Gujiya, Dry Fruit and coconut Gujiya and Chanderkala Gujiya. All the gujias they prepare have flour sugar and khoya in common but the filling differs as per the choice of the customer. Their Chandrakala Gujiya is round in shape like that of a full moon.

6. Kanwarji’s –

Kanwarji’s is famous for its sweets and one such dessert is Gujiya that is only available during Holi. Its prepared with flour, sugar, and khoya. They stuff their gujiyas with a mixture of coconut, khoya, and dry fruits. This is then deep-fried and coated with sugar syrup until it absorbs the sugar syrup and every bite of this gujiya melts in the mouth.
