NBT Rangmanch Club brings to you an outdoor fitness workshop in association with BMilitaryFit, a Delhi-NCR based outdoor fitness company.
A 3 hour fitness workshop for all the fitness enthusiasts, followed by a healthy breakfast.
Schedule:
15 min: Reason for non-contact injuries, chronic diseases and prevention/way out through physical workout
10 min: Dynamic Warm-up/Stretching
45 min: Speed and Agility Drills
Everyone dreams to RUN like Usain Bolt but seldom dare to undergo training required to do so. So here is a small session to awaken your dormant sprinter in which you will go through resistance running and agility drills.
05 min : Hydration Break
10 min : Team building games : Group workout is more fun when you gel-up with your team mates
30 min : Full body strengthening & conditioning
This would be series of military style interval training where most of the time you will be using all your four limbs
20 min : Pilate workout for mobility and core
30 min : Cool down with Yoga and Yog Nindra
Session ends with healthy refreshment/breakfast
