The webinar has been designed with a motive to help children develop a love for science. With activities that allow children to build a scientific approach in a fun and involved manner, WonderLab wishes to inculcate in them a sense of wonder and curiosity.

About the Expert: Nitika Dial laid the foundation and came up with this unusual idea of making science and learning fun for kids by Stirring up amazing and fun experiments in her little laboratory. She has been widely appreciated for her unique approach and in giving shape to what has now become a revolutionary method of imparting knowledge.

Topics to be taught in the session and requirements:

Lava Lamp
• 100-150 ml vegetable oil
• 1 tbs baking soda
• Color
• A transparent glass
• Small cup
• Spoon
• 2-3 tbs Vinegar

Dino Fossils
• Flour (2 cups)
• salt (1 cup)
• water (1 cup)
• Plastic Dinosaur(optional)
• Colors
• mixing bowl (large)
• rolling pin (belan)
• cookie cutter circle (optional)
• hard paper
• marker
• scissors

Oil and water marbling
• A shallow dish (big enough to contain an art paper and deep enough to contain about 1 inch of water)
• 3-4 teaspoon oil
• 3-4 bowls
• Water-soluble colors (poster/acrylic/food/ink)
• dropper or spoon
• 1-2 sheets of white paper (Art paper preferably)
