Terms & Conditions for Trial Membership:

• NBT Rangmanch Club (“Club”) trial membership is a limited period offer starting from February 11, 2017 on “first come first serve” basis. The Club reserves the right to terminate, extend or shorten the offer without any prior notice in its sole discretion.
• To apply for trial membership, you have to type NBTRMC<space>Your Name on your mobile screen & send it to 58888. Based on the entries received, the Club shall offer the trial membership to the applicants on “first come first serve” basis. The decision of the Club in this regard shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained for the same.
• The Club shall not be liable for non-receipt and/or non-inclusion of entries on account of their being late, incomplete, damaged, invalid or because of technical failures or otherwise.
• One person can avail one trial membership through one mobile number. Other members in the same family can avail separate trial membership by sending an SMS from another mobile number. The membership is non-transferable.
• No membership is required for kids below 12 years of age.
• The trial membership is valid till June 30, 2017 only. The member(s) shall bear any expenses, levies, duties and taxes, wherever applicable, while availing any services from the third parties through Club membership or participating any club related activities.
• The trial members can avail limited benefits such as entry to NBT Festival (19^th February, 2017) & discounted price at selected regular workshops conducted by the Club.
• For the festival on 19th Feb, the member(s) will have to bear the entry fee (INR 20) at Delhi Haat, Pitampura, the venue of NBT Festival. However, inside the venue, the entry to the workshop halls, stage area & kids zone is free for all Club members including the members holding the trial membership.
• From time to time, the Club may in its sole discretion inform the members holding trial membership about latest offers such as deals on restaurants, spas & salons which are otherwise available only to the Club’s Permanent Members.
• The members holding trial membership or any other interested person may apply for permanent membership to the Club, anytime even during the trial membership period.
• The Club reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the membership terms & conditions without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so and the members shall be informed of the same through registered mobile number.
• The services offered by the Club to its member(s) is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Club expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Club does not make any warranty that the membership benefits and/or products and services received by the member(s) offered by the Club or any third party(ies) will meet members expectations. The member will contact the manufacturer/service provider directly for any defect/services directly without involving the Club.
• All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi courts only.
