Join us this Sunday (3rd Oct) as Yoga Guru Dr. Surakshit Goswami will be teaching us the correct techniques for Pranayam & meditation to work towards a positive state of mind.

This will be a demonstrative workshop where you will learn:

  • Correct Techniques of Pranayama
  • Meditation & how to practice it effectively
  • Calming your mind to build positivity
