After Chocolate Making Level 1 & 2, NBT Rangmanch Club brings you the THIRD  LEVEL of Chocolate Making.

In Level 3,  you will learn making delicious “Chocolate Fudge” &   “Cake Pops”. 

This workshop will cover the following topics:

• Introduction of the fudge
• Raw material required for fudge
• Preparation of the tray to set the fudge
• Practical session of the fudge which includes making of coffee, walnut, cashew , dates, fruit and nut fudge
• Setting and cutting  of  fudge
• Decoration of the fudge
• How  to make cake pops
• Setting  and dipping of cake pops
• Decoration of the cake pops
• Packing of fudge and cake pops

Students will get opportunity to taste the fudge and cake pops during the workshop.
