NBTRMC in association with BMilitaryFit comes up with a 5 days program specially designed for people who are looking forward to attaining not only the practical but also the theoretical aspect, covering various facts and myths.
These 5 sessions are designed in a progressive format under which each participant would be made to go through guided steps to help them experience our methodology, which is based on 30 years of rich experience in various forms of fitness and sports.
By the end of this course one can expect:
• Importance of active lifestyle
• How to start your fitness journey and keep it fun and engaging
• Have an overview on various aspect of fitness like strength, endurance, power, agility, stability, and flexibility
• Injury prevention
• What to and what not to, with respect to various chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, heart problem, non-contact injuries, and many others.
Session: 1
• Dynamic warm-up
• Low Impact Isometric session targeting all the major muscle groups
• A 20 mins Yoga for back and shoulders
Session: 2
• Fusion of Cardio with Lower Body Strengthening workout
• Session will end with Hip-opening yoga
Session: 3
• Core and Shoulder workout
• Session ends with Heart Opening Yoga Flow for Chest, Shoulders & Upper Back
Session: 4
• Session starts with balancing workout
• Full-body blast covering all the major muscle groups which would be a fusion of cardio and strength to increase heart-rate, burn calories and strengthen the muscles
• End with Yoga for core and hips
