WORKSHOP FORMAT
A 2 day workshop led by an industry expert on the theme festive photography. The 1st day of the workshop would be classroom training & demonstration to be conducted in a classroom. The 2nd day would be an outdoor exercise. They would be taken on a photo walk in the Delhi’s most famous festive market Delhi Haat INA covering the color of festival & people through their lens.
Basic Photography is aimed for rank beginners, who have either recently bought a camera and would like to improve their travel and family photographs. Or as first steps for beginners who want to take eventually shoot like a professional.
Day 1
Day 2: Photowalk

EXPERT: Rohan Dhawan
Rohan worked as Technical Head in Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. for good 5 years. He started his photography career as a Documentary Photographer, traveler, and nature lover. After a long and distinguished corporate career he decided to follow his passion and make it his profession which started his journey as a professional photographer. Rohan has undertaken various photography assignments and learnt about different genres, lighting effects, compiled portfolios and instructed new photographers on various photography techniques. Rohan’s passion for traveling enables him to document people, cultures and traditions, unveiling a rare glimpse at humanity’s hidden stories. He most enjoys the documentary style of photography where he has worked on various Photo essays and stories. As a Technical Head of Nikon India, Rohan has planned, managed and executed more than 2500 photography workshops and mentored in more than 200 workshops. He also played a key role as production in-charge for photography tutorial videos produced by Nikon India. He says “It’s a blessing every day to be able to get up and do what you want to do and believes “It’s all about raising your work to a bar where you’re not as easily replaceable as the next guy with a camera.”
